Consistent With Room For Improvement After the first three rounds of their WSS defence Robbie Farr and the East Coast Pipeline Racing Team head into the Christmas break as the leading contracted team, a mere 36 points behind current points leader James McFadden. “Prior to the series starting everyone was talking about the level of competition being at an all time high and this has proven to be the case, said Robbie. We have had good consistent results but you only have to be slightly off your game or have minor problems and you’ll find yourself further back than you want to be.”
“We’ve been putting ourselves in a position to win but haven’t capitalised at this stage and although that’s disappointing If we keep working hard the rewards are just around the corner”.
The team is really looking forward to the crucial WSS Speedweek leg of the series, five nights of racing over seven days beginning in Adelaide on Boxing night.
Prior to the Speedweek series we will have one final hit-out, this weekend at Premier Speedway Warrnambool, the track where the WSS Speedweek finale will be held on January 1st.
If you’re at track be sure to come by the ECP hauler say g’day and check out our great range of merchandise.
See you at the track!
East Coast Pipeline would like to take this opportunity to thank all our corporate sponsors for their ongoing support.
