(Nov 11, 2010 ) - The Story for the East Coast Pipeline Racing team & Robbie Farr over the last month has been simple, lets take the truck & the team to a track & hope it doesn't rain, they lost Avalon & then PCR so quick thinking by team crew chief Nick Speed put a strategic plan into place & the boys made a dash to Morris Park Speedway in Dubbo for round 1 of the Thunder on the plain series as again PCR looked to be a rain out.
After speaking to Robbie on Monday he was pretty excited about the weekend in the car "Racing at Morris Park Speedway in Dubbo was good fun, it wasn't what I expected but we had a good night & a good car, getting these important laps in prior to the start of WSS is important for the team as we keep striving forward to be a successful team on & off the track"
After a heat race win & a second in the dash getting a good start in the A main was important, he made his way to the front via Blyton and he was on the charge forward, Linigen and Brent Aprile had a great duel for the minor placings but it was all Robbie Farr as he was unchallenged for the remainder of the race. This weekend East Coast Pipeline Racing & Robbie Farr tackle the 10k to win at Tyrepower Sydney Speedway before the trek up to Brisbane for the important round 1 of the 2010 World Series Sprintcar series, Australia's most prestigious speedway series will experience a different winner in 2010/11 and Robbie Farr has that title on his radar.
