| Farr Wins In Brisbane
( Apr 13, 2011 ) - Robbie Farr & The East Coast Pipeline team were back on track in Brisbane last weekend, having a win in the KRE track championship round after not having the best of runs in Adelaide the weekend prior too. It was good to get back on familiar ground where the team has had success already this year.
Farr was quick all night, being fastest in time trials & breaking the 6 lap record in the dash on the way to pole in the main event. "It was good to be that quick all night, we are very happy with the car and the team has continued to move forward since World Series" commented Farr this week.
When the A main took the green Farr felt confident enough with the car straight up that barring any mechanical mishaps he felt he could win the race. That feeling paid off, as Farr & the number 7 East Coast Pipeline KRE, took the checkered flag & a victory in the teams home town.
Farr is looking forward to this weekend at Dubbo Speedway for the two day $10,000 to win 410 Sprintcar Diggers Cup. Along with the impressive prize money is also the opportunity to run with the NSW sprintcar group, something Farr has not done a lot of this season.
The weekend after Dubbo is Easter time, and for something different this season Farr & ECPR will venture north to contest in the Queensland Easter Trial. This will be a first form the team, but Robbie stated "it made complete sense for the boys to stay near home at this end of the season and provide an opportunity for the car owner to see his team race a few more times prior to the seasons end".
Keep an eye out on the East Coast Pipeline racing website for continued updates and stay in touch with our race schedule for this sprintcar season.

| Robbie Farr & Ecpr Become 2010/2011 World Series Champions
( Feb 20, 2011 ) - The heading says it all Robbie Farr is your 2010/2011 World Series Sprintcar champion after a tough 16 round series which saw consistency become the main key to the game.
Going back to round 1 back in November 2010, the ECPR team tore a car apart & were forced to make dramatic changes just to make the main event, looking back at that moment it could have been the series most valuable decision because going into tonight's grand final at the Perth Motorplex Farr was only a slender 90 points in front of eventual second place getter Dave Murcott.
Farr, Nick Speed & all the boys on the ECPR team are an awesome combination & under complete pressure this weekend and they showed why this is one of the greatest teams in the country "driving for Baz is not just a job, it's an honor & i relish it everyday, he supplies the best gear for the job & speedy & the boys make it work for me, it is a dream job & I cant thank them all for their efforts, this is a much their championship as it is mine" commented Farr after he championship victory tonight.
Robbie Farr & The East Coast Pipeline Racing team will enjoy a well deserved weeks break before heading to Bunbury City Speedway for the annual krikke Boys Race on March 5th & 6th, 2011.

| Wss Championship Is Still The Big Picture For Robbie Farr & Ecpr
( Jan 18, 2011 ) - After a few slow weeks on the points side for Robbie Farr & The ECPR team, last weekend they got back on track with a second at Murray Bridge Speedway & a 5th at Speedway City Adelaide, “Speedway City would have been another second, but we had problems with the right rear going down at the end of the feature race and managed to limp home in 5th, & that says a lot for this ECPR team. I am very confident we had the car for a solid second putting us back in the hunt” commented Robbie Farr from Melbourne yesterday.
Robbie also noted “after so much down time in Brisbane & Mildura due to the floods & having to sit around a lot and missing the racing, the ECPR team were itching to get back on the track, but at the end of the day if we miss out on racing because of the rain & floods, that’s nothing compared to the devastation the people of Queensland have to now overcome, the ECPR team sends all the best wishes their way”
“We are still right in the hunt for this WSS title & I can’t wait till the western swing in February, WA is always a place we have done well at, some of our best tracks are in the west like Bunbury and the Motorplex and I can’t wait to get back to Manjimup Speedway, that place is awesome. We are happy at where we are at & now looking forward to the challenge ahead”
This week’s schedule for the East Coast Pipeline Racing team will start with non championship races at Avalon Raceway for the Presidents Cup on Wednesday night & then move onto the Kings Challenge at Mount Gambier on Friday night before we roll out for the big one, the Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic at Premier Speedway Warnambool. From there the team will stay based in Warnambool for the Wednesday night prelude to the Australian Sprintcar Title the following weekend another race “I would like to win again said a very pumped up Robbie Farr”.

| Tough Speedweek Series For Ecpr Only Makes Them Stronger
( Jan 3, 2011 ) - Robbie Farr & The East Coast Pipeline team didn’t quite get the result they wanted from East Coast Pipelines Speedweek but at the same time made some good progress going forward with points & development of the #7 ECP/Eagle Chassis.
Round 5 @ Speedway City Adelaide was a 4th place finish for the team on a very tough track, but a solid finish for the team, Round 6 @ Murray Bridge Speedway, earned the ECPR team another top 6 finishing in 5th position after the a main, Round 7 @ Borderline Speedway Mount Gambier still had the #7 Vermeer Eagle hanging on to finish in 7th place & helping the team secure valuable championship points, Round 8 @ Avalon Raceway, Geelong was not what the boys needed, A DNF when your chasing a championship is critical, but the ECPR team now need to make sure that was the glitch round while hunting for a championship.
Warnambool for round 9 was the last swing on the Speedweek tour & tonight’s result for the team even though not a win, got them back in the hunt. Robbie Farr started seventh and finished fourth and in doing so regained the series points lead which he enjoys by six points over David Murcott.
“We sort of got rolling around a bit,” Farr said from the infield. “Fourth is not bad…we were decent but we weren’t great.” He said the three cars in front of him were better on the night. “We will take fourth after Avalon the other night. I wanted to thank all the boys & speedy for their efforts over the past week or so, it is hard work on the road but especially hard when you have to back up night after night, this is a very professional team & im proud to be a part of it & looking forward to the challenges ahead over the next 8 weeks”

| The title sums it all up, you think that starting the night of round 1 of World Series Sprintcars with quick time and the topping it off with a feature win that we had an easy night, but let me tell you about the middle part of the evening.
Getting Quick time right off the bat & will pill number 1 was just the start the team needed to get this series off the ground, so back in the pits the team & I were looking forward to solid results in the heats to set ourselves up for a good start in the final.
Heat 1 we started out of 10th & moving forward quite nicely, on the last lap Farr came off turn 4th looking to gain a few more places before the finish line only to get tagged & turned straight into the wall, Farr managed to keep the momentum of the car going and keep his foot fairly planted hard to get the car across the line to finish in 8th position, picking up very valuable points. Heat 2 was more of a simple plan, finish & gain points towards the final.

Farr & East Coast Pipeline Racing All Set For WSS - BCM For Robbie Farr & East Coast Pipeline Racing this weekend’s World Series Sprintcar opener in Brisbane couldn't come soon enough, a few rain outs & some good form has this team ready to lead into another national Australian series. After trying conditions in Sydney where again weather played the biggest part in the race where we managed to get the race in but on a rain effected race track, this was hard work for the boys, but they pulled through strong.
Farr finished on the podium in Sydney for last weekend’s BBX Sprintcar Spring Nationals $10,000 to win event, and having a 11th starting position & finishing 3rd in that type of company showed that ECPR are on track for a heavy assault on this year’s WSS.

(Nov 11, 2010 ) - The Story for the East Coast Pipeline Racing team & Robbie Farr over the last month has been simple, lets take the truck & the team to a track & hope it doesn't rain, they lost Avalon & then PCR so quick thinking by team crew chief Nick Speed put a strategic plan into place & the boys made a dash to Morris Park Speedway in Dubbo for round 1 of the Thunder on the plain series as again PCR looked to be a rain out.
After speaking to Robbie on Monday he was pretty excited about the weekend in the car "Racing at Morris Park Speedway in Dubbo was good fun, it wasn't what I expected but we had a good night & a good car, getting these important laps in prior to the start of WSS is important for the team as we keep striving forward to be a successful team on & off the track"

|
| ECPR : Farr And Away A Good Season ( Jun 17, 2010 ) - For Robbie Farr and the entire East Coast Pipelines Team the 2009/10 Australian Sprintcar season was a summer filled with highs and lows, but as the statistics show there were definitely more highs.
Farr and the team have just finished off their summer campaign with an outside the top ten result at the Australian Championships held last month at the Northline complex in Darwin. “Yeah we were disappointed with our Australian title result but this team has been around long enough now to know that these weekends can and will happen. We had motor trouble for most of the weekend which really hindered our performance.” He said.
The season though has shown just how good this team is. Farr started in an amazing thirty three A-Mains here in Australia and of those thirty three A-Mains he won almost one third of them, taking out an amazing ten feature wins on the way to an incredible nineteen podium finishes for the year, a remarkable achievement for any Sprintcar team, but for Farr things could have been better.
“We had a terrific start to the year as we won four straight at Parramatta and it set us up to really dominate when we were there which was great” he said this week “but for me the disappointing point of the season was the World Series Sprintcars round at Avalon during Speedweek. We were taken out during the B-Main and I knew our tilt at the WSS crown was probably over there and then. As it turned out it did cost us the championship as WSS is all about consistency and we put ourselves in a bad position that night and we paid the price by not winning the series.”
The ECPR Team competed in every round of the tough WSS as well as all the premier events on the Australian Sprintcar calender including the Warrnambool Classic (Victoria), The Krikke Boys Shootout (Western Australia) and the Sprintcar Masters (South Australia) to name a few. For Farr he has been one of the most successful racers in the elite division of speedway this summer but you can tell by the way he talks there is one thing that is unfinished business, that elusive WSS crown.

| Robbie Farr & East Coast Pipeline Racing team venture into Speedway City Adelaide this weekend for the coveted George Tatnell Cup.
As the sprintcar season winds down nationally with only limited shows left on the calendar the ECPR as also in preparation mode for the upcoming Australian Sprintcar Championships at Darwin’s Northline Speedway in May 2010.
Last weekend Farr competed in the Victorian Sprintcar Championships at Warnambool Speedway only to have an uphill battle after a bad time trial. Robbie had this to say after the event, "We made the night hard for ourselves right from the get go with a poor qualifying performance (17th) but from then on the night started to get better after a couple of good heat races we managed to start the main from position 9 and worked our way up to 3rd place by the finish"
Farr & ECPR crew chief Nick Speed both agreed at the end of the night to get the finish they had was a great result for the team, considering where they were at the start of the event, "the track was quite heavy so not a bad result considering our 5th row start, a front row start tonight would have made life a lot easier for us.

| 2009/2010 Season |

 |
|
| The 2009/2010 season for Robbie and East Coast Pipeline Racing started off in America before commencing another big campaign right across Australia, including their first trip to the Northern Territory to finish off the year in May.
During the 2009/2010 season the team greeted the chequered flag in first place on 10 occasions out of 37 A main events, with the East Coast Pipeline #7 also racking up 24 top five finishes. With the competition getting tougher each season the results were pleasing for Robbie and the whole East Coast Pipeline Racing Team, the crew lead once again by Nick Speed, the Team Principal Barry Waldron and his family, and all the valued sponsors.
The season is a little longer than normal due to the Australian Title being run from the 27th-29th of May in Darwin, where Robbie will be putting his best foot forward in an attempt to give the team and sponsors more great results.
Its also been an exciting season for the team outside of their racing commitments, with the successful running of several two-seater sprintcar ride days conducted in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Darwin. With facilities like the East Coast Pipeline two-seater and racecar simulator, coupled with the announcement of a great television package for sprintcar racing on ONE HD, a positive future appears for all Sprintcar teams and sponsors.
As always, Robbie and East Coast Pipeline Racing invite the fans to head down to the transporter after the race meeting to say a quick hello.

| May 7, 2010 - Ford Performance Racings Mark Winterbottom and Steve Richards have experienced an adrenaline rush ahead of this weekends Ipswich 300 in Queensland.
In a rare occurrence the pair were passengers aboard the East Coast Pipelines two seater Sprintcar piloted by former Australian Champion Robbie Farr.
Producing 900 horsepower and only half the weight of Winterbottoms Orrcon Steel FPR Falcon, the 28 year-old was suitably impressed by the dirt track winged warrior.
Having grown up around speedway with his father a two-time Australian Sprintcar Champion Jim, Mark Winterbottom was still amazed with the power and performance of the Sprintcar.
Richards, a two-time Bathurst Champion, has had the opportunity to steer one of the winged warriors previously but he was suitably impressed after climbing out after his ride.
While Winterbottom and Richards will this weekend be in action at Queensland Raceway Farr will be contesting the Queensland State Championship at Archerfield.
Practice for the Ipswich 300 will begin this afternoon (Friday) ahead of two races across the weekend.
